Join the Yahoo! Group

How to Join the Yahoo! Group
Go to
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ElCerritoHillside/ and click the
"Join This Group!" button (this should be located on the far right side near the top, above the image of the area).
You should be directed to a login page, and if you have a Yahoo! ID already, you should log in with it and skip the next step. If you
don't have a Yahoo! ID, click the
Sign Up button.
If you don't have a Yahoo! ID, you will now have to make one.
NOTE: This does not mean you have to get a Yahoo! email address. You can simply uncheck
the box, and create only an ID. Your Yahoo! ID has to be unique–meaning no one else in the world can have chosen to use the same one you're using. I personally just used my full name as my ID (note that your ID cannot have spaces), but I have an uncommon name. You may make your ID unique by adding periods, numbers, underscores, or any other combination of things. It's frustrating, but I guarantee you can find one. You will also be asked to provide an alternate email address.
If you don't have an alternate email address, you will have to check the box mentioned above and create one at Yahoo!. From there you will be asked to confirm your account, which should be done from the email you provided or the email you created.
You can access the Yahoo! group from the
URL noted above, or you can access it from the
main Yahoo! page by clicking
Groups and
selecting the El Cerrito Hillside group.
